Participant requirements and truthful information

• All information provided in contact forms, booking steps and digital check-in must be accurate, complete and truthful.
• Skualo may refuse participation where required safety, medical, legal or operational information is missing or incorrect.

Mandatory check-in and documentation

• Some services, especially boat trips and certain diving activities, require completion of the digital check-in before arrival or before participation.
• That process may include signatures, consent acknowledgements, participant declarations and identity information required to execute the service or comply with applicable law.
• Where the law or the activity requires it, participants must provide the requested documents and follow staff instructions.

• Skualo may adapt, delay, reschedule or cancel an activity when sea, weather, safety or operational conditions make the planned experience unsuitable.
• All participants must attend safety briefings and follow instructions from Skualo staff before and during the activity.

Minors and guardians

• Any booking or check-in involving minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian with authority to accept the required declarations.
• The responsible adult must ensure that all data relating to minors is accurate and that the minor meets the participation conditions for the selected activity.
